Print your poster locally with convenience. Book your printing service directly through this portal!

⚠️ Note: All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable.

Size & Format: Must be A0 Size in Portrait (Vertical) mode ONLY.
Header Layout: Place a title header running the full width at the top in large, clear type.
Required Info: Include your Name, Paper ID, and School/Affiliation on the poster.
Legibility: Ensure text and visuals are easily readable from a distance of 1 – 1.5 meters.
Mounting: Hanging materials will be provided at the venue.

Please submit your print-ready file no later than October 18 via one of the following methods:

Email: Send to SIMS25.info@gmail.com with the subject line: Poster Printing File.

📌 How to access: After registration, log in to your Personal Center (Home) and select "Poster Print Service".

Location: SIMS 25 Conference Registration Counter at LN Garden Hotel Guangzhou Nansha.
Dates & Hours: October 25 to 29, between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.

💡 Recommendation: We advise collecting your poster on the day you are scheduled to present/hang it.
