Abstract submission implies that the primary author has the consent of all co-authors and has obtained necessary institutional clearances.
Research results and/or conclusions must be completed at the time of submission.
Submission Requirements
Abstracts must be submitted in English using exclusively the online submission system of this webpage.
Abstracts submitted via any other means will not be considered.
Abstracts must be submitted within the call for papers period; late submissions will not be accepted.
The submitter must be one of the co-authors of the abstract.
The conference follows a one-oral rule (i.e., one oral contribution per presenting author). However, a maximum of 2 abstracts per submitter/presenting author is accepted.
Mandatory: Each submission must include an attached PDF file of the abstract (same content as the online form). This PDF will serve as the official record and must be proofread carefully before submission.
Submission Process
Submitters must create an account. The account allows management of drafts, submission of abstracts, and tracking of their status after review.
Complete and submit all required fields in the online form.
Authors will be notified and invited to register (abstracts will be linked to registration).
The general program will be posted on the conference website.
Only presentations by registered authors will be included in the program.
Abstract Format and Content
Abstracts are brief summaries of the overall goal of the work and the specific ideas or concepts to be presented, including outcomes and implications for practice.
Limit abstracts to 400 words (one page).
Only English language is accepted.
Include a maximum of 2 images with your abstract. Each image counts as 150 words toward the word limit. Images will be placed at the end of the abstract, so refer to them properly in the text.
Create tables directly in the online form (to avoid misreading by the software).
References are optional but encouraged. Limit references to the 5 most pertinent citations, included within the 400-word limit.
A draft mode allows saving your abstract before submission. Once submitted, abstracts are not editable.
Proofread carefully before submission. Abstracts with significant typographical or grammatical errors, especially in the title, may be disqualified.
Mandatory: Upload a PDF version of the abstract along with the online submission. The PDF must contain the same content as the online form and will be used for review and archiving.
Note: AOE (Anywhere on Earth) means the deadline applies to the last time zone on Earth. Poster-only submissions may be accepted after the general deadline..
