Option A: From Hong Kong International Airport (HKG)

Method: High-Speed Ferry (Airport-to-Port Direct)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. DO NOT pass through Hong Kong Immigration or baggage claim upon landing.
2. Follow the airport signs for "Ferry Transfer / SkyPier" (Transfer Area E2).
3. Purchase a ferry ticket to Nansha Passenger Port (南沙客运港) at the Chu Kong Passenger Transport (CKS) counter. Your checked bags will be automatically transferred to the ferry.
4. Take the ferry directly to Nansha (Approx. 70–90 minutes).
5. Upon arrival at Nansha Port, clear Chinese Customs, take a taxi right outside, and it is just a 5-minute drive to the hotel (Approx. ¥15 / $2 USD).

Option B: From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN)

By Taxi / DiDi (Recommended):

• Travel Time: 80–100 minutes.
• Estimated Cost: ¥350–¥450 ($50–$65 USD).
• Tip: Follow the "Taxi" signs to the official taxi rank. Do not accept rides from unauthorized drivers waiting in the arrival hall.

By Metro (Budget-friendly but Long & Tiring):

• Travel Time: Approx. 2.5 hours (Multiple transfers with luggage can be difficult).
• Route: Take Line 3 (North Extension) from the airport → Transfer at Tiyu Xilu Station to Line 3 → Transfer at Panyu Square Station to Line 18 → Take Line 18 to Wanqingsha Station → Take a 20-minute taxi to the hotel.

Option C: From Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport (SZX)

By Taxi / DiDi:

• Travel Time: 50–60 minutes (Fastest land route via the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link cross-sea bridge).
• Estimated Cost: ¥200–¥300 ($30–$42 USD).

1. Digital Payments & Ride-Hailing (Crucial)

• Cash/Cards: International credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are not widely accepted in local taxis or smaller restaurants.

• The Solution: Download Alipay or WeChat on your smartphone before arriving in China. You can easily link your international credit card to these apps.

• How to book a ride: Use the "DiDi" (滴滴出行) mini-program inside Alipay or WeChat. It features a full English interface, automatic English-Chinese message translation for communicating with drivers, and automatically charges your linked international card.

2. Navigation & Internet

• Maps: Google Maps is not fully updated or accurate in mainland China. We recommend downloading Apple Maps (works well in China) or Amap (高德地图) for accurate real-time navigation.

• Internet: Ensure you have an eSIM with data or international roaming activated before you land, otherwise you will not be able to access your payment and mapping apps upon arrival.
