Important: Participants holding accompanying person tickets for reception, excursion, or banquet cannot attend any scientific sessions except for the designated functions.

Invitation Letter & Receipt

Invitation Letter and Receipt for internal process will be generated automatically and can be downloaded in your personal center after the registration payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before June 30, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE): an administrative fee of 50 USD will be deducted from each refund amount.
  • Before August 31, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE): 50% of the payment is refundable.
  • After August 31, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE): no refunds will be provided.
  • Refund timing: refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
