Cancellation Policy

Before June 30, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE): an administrative fee of 50 USD will be deducted from each refund amount.
Before August 31, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE): 50% of the payment is refundable.
After August 31, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE): no refunds will be provided.
Refund timing: refunds will be processed within 2–3 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
