Call for Nominations: SIMS International Committee Representatives

The SIMS International Committee (IC) invites nominations for upcoming representative positions for:

  • The Americas
  • Europe
Note: These vacancies will arise following the conclusion of SIMS XXV, as current representatives complete their terms.

Nomination Materials

Interested candidates should submit:

  • A short professional biography (approximately 200–300 words)
  • A recent photograph
  • Contact information and institutional affiliation

Desired Qualifications

Candidates should be active members of the SIMS community with demonstrated engagement in SIMS research, applications, education, conference participation, or community service.

We particularly encourage nominations that broaden the diversity and geographic representation of the SIMS community. Researchers from emerging SIMS communities, including Latin America, are encouraged to consider participation.
