Cancellation Policy
All requests for refund or cancellation must be submitted in writing and received by e-mail at sims25.info@gmail.com.
Before June 30, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE), an administrative fee of 50 USD will be deducted from each refund amount.
Before August 31, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE), 50% of the payment is refundable.
After August 31, 2026, 12:59 PM (AoE), no refunds will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 2 - 3 weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
